AFH Group Welcomes Watford-
based IFA

Story

There’s good New Year news for clients of an established Watford-based independent financial adviser, who kicks off 2018 by joining one of the UK’s fastest-growing financial planning-led investment management companies.

Nigel Parbrook believes the resources he will have as part of AFH Group will allow him to deliver an even better service.

“My clients: that’s who it’s all about!” Nigel said. “The resources I have access to as part of AFH Group will allow me to spend more time with clients to look after them and give them an even better service than they get now.”

Nigel has been working as an independent financial adviser since 1992. He started out working at Barclays before becoming a manager at the Leeds Permanent Building Society.

He now has around 130 clients in Hertfordshire and Greater London, and his name is well-known to local golf fans through his sponsorship of Batchworth Park Scratch Team.

AFH chief executive Alan Hudson said: “I’m delighted to welcome Nigel to AFH and look forward to working with him to continue our growth in Hertfordshire, London and across the UK.

“AFH provides successful IFAs an opportunity to continue to provide their clients with professional advice and grow their business while benefiting from the back-office resources and purchasing power of AFH Group.

“This continues our strategy of sustainable growth while keeping the group debt-free.”
