Our team

Richard’s 27+ years wealth management experience means that he is expertly placed to provide clients with the special wealth management support that our discerning investors need. Prior to joining AFH Private Wealth, Richard was the regional director and head of WH Ireland’s Birmingham office. He has also held the position of senior client executive at Brewin Dolphin Securities Ltd. Prior to this he began his career at Albert E Sharp, then one of the preeminent stockbroking houses outside of the London Market.

Alongside his role as a senior client executive, Richard heads up our team of portfolio managers and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments, a Chartered Wealth Manager and presently Chairman of the Birmingham Stock Exchange Committee.
