About me
With over 25 years of experience in Banking and Financial services, I have worked with HSBC, Barclays, Santander and Openwork Financial Services in UK. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in my everyday work and interaction with Clients. I am a certified Independent Financial Adviser with a strong record in financial planning. I have won many promotions and accolades in my career which has been built on trust, integrity, and a commitment to helping individuals and families across Yorkshire make informed, responsible financial decisions.
Beyond my professional career, I am a single mother to a 14-year-old son. Following a life-changing critical cancer diagnosis, & subsequent 15 surgeries, my perspective on support, resilience, and community was transformed, deepening my commitment to giving back. It led me to Launch a Community Interest Company, D Dance Theatre CIC, that supports elderly and chronically ill individuals. I have recently been nominated for Compassionate Award 2026 in Yorkshire in category of "Unsung Hero"
My community work has been formally recognised by the Lord Mayor of Leeds, alongside award nominations from the Social Enterprise Yorkshire and the Humber Awards (2018).
