Tony Beaven
Adviser Onboarding Director
Tony is our Adviser Onboarding Director and is responsible for ensuring the smooth transition and onboarding of advisers joining AFH, with a particular focus on advisers joining from other firms.
His financial services leadership experience spans more than 15 years across Australian and UK firms, including Elders Financial Planning, ANZ Private Bank, Lloyds Banking Group and AFH Financial Group.
Tony’s specialisms, interests and qualifications lie across leadership, culture, compliance, Fintech and organisational change. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute, holds various qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chartered Banker Institute. Tony currently mentors Australian Leaders through the Institute of Management and Leadership mentoring programme.
