Ian is our Commercial Development Director and is responsible for the strategic leadership of our adviser community. Working with our team of Commercial Development Managers, his aim is to deliver our commercial objectives by developing individual business plans with our advisers.
Ian has over 35 years' financial services industry experience, and has spent the last 25+ years in senior management roles, building a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and revenue growth across multiple organisations.
Ian is looking forward to driving the organic growth and integrating the inorganic growth within the business and helping to attract and develop top talent to help facilitate this.
