Michael Bailey
Technical Director
Michael is our Technical Development Director, responsible for the creation and maintenance of advice guidance, policy and technical content across the Group. He also collaborates with the Advice Support team to enable the delivery of focussed training to our Adviser population.
Michael joined AFH at the beginning of 2026, having worked in financial services for 25 years. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, and his experience to-date has been predominantly in compliance and advice quality roles within the wealth management sector. He is passionate about maintaining the highest professional standards and ensuring we provide the very best client outcomes.
